This optional annual subscription gives you additional ways to receive important Level Sense alerts by text message or phone call, while also extending warranty protection on your device.

Email and mobile push notifications remain unlimited and free for all Level Sense users.

Introductory period: September 14 through October 14, 2026
During this launch period, SMS and voice alerts are available to try for free, and customers can subscribe for $19.99 per device for the first year. After October 14, regular pricing will be $29.99 per device/year.

This subscription applies to Level Sense Pro, Level Sense Sentry, and Level Sense Freezer Sentry.

SeptiSense customers: If your SeptiSense device has an active cellular subscription, SMS and voice notifications are already included and this subscription is not needed.
