Our Journey began after the founder’s basement flooded on Mother’s Day weekend in 2009. We saw the need for remote sump pump monitoring to prevent costly damage. This inspired the creation of the first wireless-enabled outdoor sump alarm.

Great backup Alarm

Installed easy and worked right away. Got this to have some piece of mind that if the sump pump fails to run, I will get a warning before it starts to over fill the tank. All manual test worked with no issues and the alarm was loud enough to hear through out the house. Installed easy and worked right away. Was easy to install. Used for sump pump. I pump does not work and water table rises. alarm will notify you before any flooding. HAS BATTERY BACK UP IN CASE OF POWER OUTAGE. Was easy to install. It works

Instructions were easy to understand. Was able to install the unit in less than 15 minutes. When tested it worked. I suggest wearing earplugs when testing it since the alarm is very loud (which is a good thing obviously). It is just really loud when head is next to unit lol. Instructions were easy to understand. Easy to install and great customer service

Installed a year ago. Works perfectly without issues. I changed my home wifi settings and had to reset the sump alarm. I hit a snag and called customer support. They picked up right away and somebody with perfect English (maybe speaker), quickly helped me fix it. Overall excellent service and highly recommended product. Installed a year ago. Amazing

Happy customer for 4 1/2 years. Highly recommend. We coupled this with a city water pressure backup pump and have 99% confidence that we are safe from rainwater causing an issue in our basement. Excellent temperature monitor for fridge or freezer

Very happy with these units (built in the US). Customer support is excellent. When setting up my 2nd system, I misspelled my email address (duhhhh) and they figured out the problem and fixed it in a few minutes. Very friendly staff.May not be the cheapest freezer alarm system, but think about the cost of the food you'd have to replace in even a modest freezer if something happens. Money well spent, in my opinion.Save your money trying the other systems and just go straight for the best. Very happy with these units (built in the US). Customer support is excellent. Great Alarm

The Level Sense Sump Pump Failure Alarm ($100 model) woke me at 02:00, which enabled me to manually engage the sump pump and prevent 4 hours of water accumulating in the basement.
